Structural composition

Among them, the half-coupling is usually made of aluminum alloy, which is light and high in strength; the plum blossom elastic body is generally made of elastic materials such as polyurethane plastic, in the shape of a plum blossom, placed between the two half-couplings, and plays a role in buffering, vibration reduction and displacement compensation; the connecting bolt is used to fix the expansion sleeve and the half-coupling together to ensure the reliability of the connection

Technical Parameters

1. Model specifications: Common models include LS11 series, KTR's ROTEX 6.0 series, etc. Different models correspond to different parameters such as size, torque transmission capacity, etc.

2. Shaft hole size: The diameter of the shaft hole ranges widely, generally ranging from a dozen millimeters to several dozen millimeters. For example, the shaft diameter D1 of the LS11-55-1924 model is 19mm and D2 is 24mm. You can choose according to the specific shaft diameter requirements of the equipment.

3. Allowable speed: usually between several thousand rpm and tens of thousands rpm. The specific value depends on the coupling model, size, material and the performance of the selected plum blossom elastomer. The allowable speed of some high-precision expansion sleeve clamping plum blossom couplings can be as high as 10,000 rpm or more.

4. Allowable torque: The torque range is wide, ranging from a few Nm to hundreds of Nm, which can meet the transmission requirements of different power equipment. For example, the rated torque of the DM2-105 model can reach 380N.m and the maximum torque is 760N.m124.
