Screw clamping type stepped diaphragm coupling

The screw clamping diaphragm connects the stepped shaft to achieve torque transmission and axial, radial and angular displacement compensation

Structural features:

1. Diaphragm design : A single high-strength stainless steel diaphragm is used. The diaphragm is usually polygonal, such as hexagonal or octagonal. This shape design makes the torque transmission more uniform and can withstand large bending deformation, thereby achieving high torque transmission. The thickness and material of the diaphragm are selected according to the specific torque requirements and working conditions to ensure the reliability and stability of the coupling during operation.

2. Stepped structure: The shaft sleeves or flanges at both ends of the coupling adopt a stepped design. This structure can increase the axial load-bearing capacity and stability of the coupling and effectively reduce axial movement. At the same time, the stepped design can also compensate for the axial displacement between the two shafts to a certain extent and improve the coupling's adaptability to shaft misalignment.

3. Screw clamping method: The diaphragm is tightly fixed with the bushings or flanges at both ends through multiple high-strength screws to ensure that the diaphragm will not loosen or shift when transmitting torque. The distribution positions of the screws are carefully designed to ensure even distribution of clamping force, allowing the coupling to transmit power stably.

Performance advantages : high torque transmission capacity , good compensation performance , significant shock absorption effect , zero rotation clearance , easy installation

Specifications :

1. Torque range: Different models of diaphragm stepped screw clamping single diaphragm Couplings have different torque transmission ranges. Common torque ranges range from 1 N·m to 500 N·m. Users can adjust the torque according to actual conditions. Select the appropriate model according to the torque requirements of the equipment

2. Aperture size: The aperture size is designed according to the shaft diameter of the connected equipment, generally covering the common shaft diameter range from a few millimeters to tens of millimeters, such as 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm, 16 mm, 18 mm, 20 mm, etc. Some special specifications of couplings can be customized according to user requirements

3. Length and outer diameter: The length and outer diameter are determined according to the torque transmission capacity of the coupling, the installation space, and the layout requirements of the equipment. Generally, the length is between tens of millimeters and hundreds of millimeters, and the outer diameter is between ten millimeters and tens of millimeters.
