All rollers are precisely calibrated for static balance; for rollers with high design line speeds, dynamic balance calibration is required.

The rollers can be subjected to annealing, tempering,quenching and carburizing heat treatment accordingto customer requirements.

In order to achieve anti-rust, beautiful appearance,increase surface hardness, improve friction and othereffects, the surface of the roller can be spray-painted,galvanized, chrome-plated,rubber-coated andspray-coated with Teflon, etc., depending on the rollerdesign and application envronment requirements.
